OUR MISSION
To Gather Together, Mass Bears and Cubs, Inc., organizes, plans and conducts activities and programs that assist in providing and promoting an inclusive LGBTQ+ community through charitable and community events.
OUR VALUES
Acceptance. We recognize and value each other’s differences, and we accept them for it. “We accept you for you.”
Camaraderie. We promote a feeling of friendliness, goodwill and familiarity among people in the group, bringing happiness and joy to all involved.
Unity. Acting with warmth “love” and equality towards one another regardless of differences.
Community. Unified through our common interests, characteristics and culture, we thrive to have a diverse community that is unified.
Our Vision is a future Where the LGBTQ+ community don’t have to create our own events to feel included and accepted.
